S.C. Bayer Construct S.R.L. appeared in the Romanian construction business first in 2007. Attila Balázs, the company owner established the company after grounding the extension in Romania over several years of experience in the Hungarian construction business. At the beginning, we demonstrated, by means of structural construction works, that our company is able to satisfy our client’s demands at the highest quality, which, in turn, enabled us to extend our services with deep ground construction, earthworks and general construction services.

Our company’s primary virtues include an excellent professional organization, a professionally adequate machinery park, a fast and efficient logistical background, and an accurate, reliable performance, which have jointly earned S.C. Bayer Construct S.R.L. an increasingly significant role in the Romanian construction business. Our employees, and the majority of specialists working at our construction sites (carpenters, metal repairmen, master technicians, construction directors, engineers) have significant international work experience.

We plan to construct a logistics center in Cluj-Napoca, which would provide the material and technical grounds for construction (moulding, steel fibre reinforced concrete), and which would also function as an office building, storage space and headquarters.
